We will Have a Phone Meeting with you to discuss:
- A personalized plan for the evening's itinerary.
- Song selection for the bridal dance and other special moments on the itinerary. A sample list is attached to this link for your review.
- Review of the bridal party information to make sure we have name pronunciations correct.
- On the event date we will coordinate with your photographer, caterer and other vendors to assure that the event goes as planned.
- Our DJ/MC will be your Master of Ceremonies, will follow the itinerary, and will play a variety of dance music to get everyone involved.
- Your DJ/MC will adapt to any changes in schedule seamlessly to match the tempo of the evening’s events.
- Dance lighting is included for every event.
- Up-lighting is optional as detailed in our Package Pricing.
